How We Can Help You
At Citizens Advice Sandwell & Walsall we are here to help you with a wide range of problems you have or issues you might face. If we can’t help you directly, we can find someone who can. Our advice is free, non-judgmental and impartial.
Our offices are not currently operating an open door service but you can still get advice from us.

Request an appointment
If you really need to see someone face-to-face, we can still do that too.
- Visit your nearest Citizens Advice office in Sandwell or Walsall
(except Tipton and Wednesbury*)
- Fill in one of the cards we have on the door
- Post the card through the letterbox
- A member of the team will then get in touch with you.
*Tipton and Wednesbury offices are closed. However, we hope to replace this system with a phone number very soon, so you won’t need to visit an office to request an appointment.
