Request an appointment
If you really need to see someone face-to-face, we can still do that too.
- Visit your nearest Citizens Advice office in Sandwell or Walsall
(except Tipton and Wednesbury*) - Fill in one of the cards we have on the door
- Post the card through the letterbox
- A member of the team will then get in touch with you.
*Tipton and Wednesbury offices are closed. However, we hope to replace this system with a phone number very soon, so you won’t need to visit an office to request an appointment.
