Request an appointment

If you really need to see someone face-to-face, we can still do that too.

  1. Visit your nearest Citizens Advice office in Sandwell or Walsall
    (except Tipton and Wednesbury*)
  2. Fill in one of the cards we have on the door
  3. Post the card through the letterbox
  4. A member of the team will then get in touch with you.

*Tipton and Wednesbury offices are closed. However, we hope to replace this system with a phone number very soon, so you won’t need to visit an office to request an appointment.
