Update Important Notice – 24/06/26

Please be advised that due to the Red Heat Alert our open door services will be closed until Monday 29th June.  This decision has been made to protect the wellbeing of both our staff and clients during the extreme weather conditions.

Please note that should you require our assistance our advice lines are still open as normal.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

From 19th June, our mobile advice unit CASSIE, will not be operating from West Bromwich Jobcentre while refurbishment works are being carried out.

We do not currently have a date for when services will resume at this location. In the meantime, please check our timetable for details of alternative locations where CASSIE will be available.
