This report highlights the vital work carried out over the past year to support individuals and families across Sandwell and Walsall. Throughout 2024–25, our service continued to provide free, confidential, and impartial advice to people facing a wide range of challenges, including debt, housing, benefits, employment, and cost-of-living pressures.
