We have a team of debt specialists in our local offices who are available every day who may be able to see you, please be aware it is first come first served and at very busy periods you may be asked to return the next day however you will be assessed accordingly.
if you drop in to one of our open door sessions.   You will need to bring the following paperwork with you:
Details of Income and Details of Expenditure.
  • Wage slips (bring the most recent if you can)
  • Your letter informing you of your benefit amounts
  • Details of any other income.
Details of expenditure could be:
  •  a bank statement showing regular outgoings, i.e. rent, council tax, car insurance,
  • Details of any loans or credit cards
  • Details of any other expenditure
Details of debt
  • Letters from creditors
  • Information from Bailiffs
  • Bills with arrears
  • County Court proceedings
  • Magistrate Court fines
  • Any other correspondence relating to the debt
